This is a photograph of the wedding of John (known as Jack) Crutchley and Megan. At this point in time I do not know Megan's maiden name.

John was the son of Thomas Henry Crutchley and Clara Somerfield of 110 Field Road Bloxwich, he was born in 1918. He was the brother of Thomas Henry Crutchley, who was killed in action in France in August 1944.

In 1944, towards the end of the Second World War Jack served with the Royal Artillery in France.
